Skarlet II is Brandy's favorite dip powder creation
The dip powder is blood red with red bio glitter, the remake is not too different from original batch and the original red glitter was switched to bio glitter.
Ingredients: acrylic powder, mica, pigment, bio glitter
Note: The swatches are 3 to 4 dips! The photos are taken in natural light or ring light, it can show up different on computer and mobile device. The product is sold by volume!
