Please do patch test before using products! If you get redness or irritation discontinue use. We will exchange product or give you refund!

When do I get my order?

The order is processed up to 5 business days. Shipping days are Fridays and Saturdays ONLY! The processing time may take longer due to sales and holidays. 


Do you ship internationally?

unfortunately, we ship to U.S. only. We are looking into shipping outside the U.S.

 

Returns
All Sales are final! If you get a reaction to the product or if the replacement product for damaged item not in stock.

We have the right to refuse to give refund. If you have damaged items, were happy to exchange it!

 

Do you test on bunnies?

Brandy loves bunnies and don’t test on them. The store ONLY sell cruelty free and vegan products. If a product no longer cruelty free, we will sell our stock and not put it in store. If you see anything in store that lost cruelty free status please contact us!


Do you offer pro discounts?

Brandy is a licensed pro and she loves discounts! Unfortunately, we don’t offer pro discounts at this time and will in the future.


I have missing products in my order or my order is incorrect

Sorry about that! We will be happy to assist you! Email us brandylovesbeauty88@gmail.com please provide order number and photo of your order.


My product melted,help!

Some of the body butters, hair products, body scrub and lip scrubs are organic and have very little or no preservatives. What you can do is put it in the refrigerator up to 6 hours and the product will be back to its form.  Store your product in a cool place!
