The product I ordered looks different from the photo!

We do our best to get an accurate photo of the product. There are many reasons why the product looks different. The photos are taken in natural light or ring light, it can show up differently on computer and mobile devices.

Handmade products are sold by volume.

Orders cannot be canceled or changed! If Brandy Loves Beauty orders are not high volume and your order is not fulfilled or has tracking, we're willing to combine orders. If Brandy Loves Beauty notices you placed multiple orders going to the same mailing address that has not been fulfilled, your order will get combined, and a refund for shipping for one of the orders.

There is no flat rate for UPS! The shipping rates are based on weight and destination!

YOU MUST SELECT UPS GROUND FOR NAIL POLISH PURCHASE! YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ADDITIONAL FEES AND DUTIES.

When do I get my order?

Orders can take 3 to 5 business days to ship, the days are subject to change due to volume or sale. Make sure you follow Brandy Loves Beauty’s social media to get updates.

Some products are made to order and can take an additional 3 to 4 days to be made.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to the U.S. and Canada! Canadian customers are responsible for additional customs and handling fees. Brandy Loves Beauty is unable to mark it as a gift due to fraud.

Refunds and Returns:

All Sales are final! Returns are not accepted due to the type of products we sell. If your product is damaged, we'll ship out another product. If the product is not available, we'll issue a refund and that can take up to 7 to 10 business days.  If you have questions or concerns about refunds and returns email

My package showed that it was delivered, and I can't find it:

If your package shows as delivered or lost, please contact your local carrier.

Do you test on bunnies?

Brandy loves bunnies and doesn’t test on them. The store ONLY sells cruelty-free and vegan products. If a product is no longer cruelty-free, we will sell our stock and not get any moreat  product from the wholesaler. If you see anything in the store that lost cruelty-free status, please contact us!

My product melted, help!

Some of the body butter, hair products, body scrubs, and lip scrubs are organic and have very little or no preservatives. What you can do is put the product in the refrigerator for up to 6 hours and the product will be back in its form.  Store your product in a cool place!
