The product I ordered looks different from the photo! We do our best to get accurate photo of the product. There a many reasons why the product look different. The photos are taken in natural light or ring light, it can show up different of computer and mobile device.
When do I get my order?
The order is processed up to 5 business days. Shipping days are Fridays and Saturdays ONLY! The processing time may take longer due to sales and holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to U.S. and Canada! Canadian customers are responsible for additional custom and handling fees.
Refunds and Returns:
All Sales are final! Returns are not accepted due to the type of products we sell. If your product is damaged, we'll ship out another product. If product is not available, we'll issue a refund and that can take up to 7 business days. If you have questions or concerns about refunds and returns email

Do you test on bunnies?
Brandy loves bunnies and don’t test on them. The store ONLY sell cruelty free and vegan products. If a product no longer cruelty free, we will sell our stock and not put it in store. If you see anything in store that lost cruelty free status please contact us!
Do you offer pro discounts?
Brandy is a licensed pro and she loves discounts! Unfortunately, we don’t offer pro discounts at this time and will in the future.

My product melted,help!
Some of the body butters, hair products, body scrub and lip scrubs are organic and have very little or no preservatives. What you can do is put product in the refrigerator up to 6 hours and the product will be back to its form. Store your product in a cool place!
