Melvin Dip Powder

Melvin is dedicated to Brandy's adoptive brother who past in February.
The dip powder is light purple with purple mylar flakes.Brandy like to do pour over for the dip powder and add the mylar flakes where she want them.
Ingredients: acrylic powder, mica, pigment, mylar flakes
