A Witch and His Black Cat 0.5oz Dip Powder

A Witch and His Black Cat is dedicated to Brandy's late friend Marc.

The dip powder is black base with gold, green, blue foil with small ratio of mylar flakes. 
Ingredients: acrylic powder, mica, pigment, nail art foil, mylar flakes
