There are some cases the packages don't get scanned right away, it may take 7 to 10 business days to see movement. If you don't see any movement for 2 weeks please contact USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL to file a report. If you need assistance filing a report please email brandylbcustomerservice@gmail.com and you must keep track of your claim! If you haven't received your order for 4 to 5 weeks a replacement will be shipped and if the product is limited edition you will get a refund. It can take 7 to 10 business days to receive your refund, if its over 10 business days contact your bank.
Baby Bat Beauty discontinued Midnight Mascara and will no longer be restocked. Baby Bat Beauty Liquid Lipsticks will be restocked every other month, when the demand for the liquid lipsticks increase they will be restocked every month.

Nail polish is class 3 flammable liquid and must be shipped ground. For U.S. it may take 3-8 business days or longer to receive order with nail polish. For Canadian customers you must select UPS Ground and you are responsible for additional duties and taxes from UPS!
