Skarlet I Remake Dip Powder

Skarlet is a blood thirsty chick who will stop at nothing to take every drop of your blood.

Skarlet is Brandy's favorite dip powder 

The dip powder is almost black red with red bio glitter. The original batch was black with red tone with red glitter. 

Ingredients: acrylic powder, mica, pigment, bio glitter

Note: The swatches are 3 to 4 dips! The photos are taken in natural light or ring light, it can show up different on computer and mobile device.
