Skarlet I is Brandy's favorite dip powder 

The dip powder is black/red with red bio glitter. The original batch was black with red tone with red glitter. 

Ingredients: acrylic powder, mica, pigment, bio glitter

Note: The swatches are 3 to 4 dips! The photos are taken in natural light or ring light, it can show up different on computer and mobile device.
