Rogue Dip Powder

Rogue is the queen of her city and love taking down corpos
The dip powder is green/blue base with shifting purple mylar flakes, green mylar flakes, pink glitter.
Brandy like to do pour over for the dip powder and add the mylar flakes where she want them.

Ingredients: acrylic powder, mica, pigment, mylar flakes, glitter
